A complete technology upgrade for a Marbella villa, bringing security, Wi-Fi and audio into one coordinated installation. The scope extended beyond the main house to guest rooms, outdoor spaces, pool areas and the security hut.
Security and connectivity
We installed 24 Hikvision ColorVu Hybrid and ColorVu PanView cameras, served by a 32-channel NVR with 24 TB of storage. Thirteen Ruijie access points, concealed within ceiling areas, provide coverage throughout the property, including the outdoor and pool areas. The installation brings together the network needed by the household and the infrastructure supporting the camera system.
Sound that belongs in the space
Monitor Audio ceiling speakers were retrofitted into the kitchen and dining area, powered by a Sonos Amp concealed in the ceiling cavity. Sonos outdoor speakers serve the terrace, while a further Sonos Amp powers four architectural sphere speakers around the pool. The result is technology distributed around the way the villa is used, with equipment kept discreet and sound extending from indoor living to outdoor entertaining.
