An interior designer-led renovation was combining two apartments into one luxury residence in Estepona. MTL joined when the project was already close to completion: walls were closed and decoration was underway. The brief was to provide Wi-Fi throughout the enlarged home without reopening finished surfaces or compromising the interior design.

The brief was to provide Wi-Fi throughout the enlarged home without reopening finished surfaces or compromising the interior design.
The installation
A detailed survey identified usable routes through existing electrical and telephone conduits. We installed Cat 6 structured cabling throughout the property and positioned five access points to distribute coverage across the new layout. PoE switching was housed discreetly in a built-in cupboard, keeping the equipment out of sight while retaining access for maintenance. The installation was coordinated with the decorating team and completed in a single on-site day.
The result
The two apartments became one connected home, with professional wireless coverage and the finished surfaces preserved. Reusing the available routes allowed the network to fit around the renovation rather than dictate further building work. The successful delivery also led to further referrals from the interior design team.
